We have a workout for you!
Experience an awesome toning and core workout done on a mat! This will strengthen your back, be easy on your joints and help with preventing future injuries.
Fall InsideOut Boxing + Conditioning Class 101
Release your energy in a fun, safe and interactive environment. You will learn basic striking patterns, self-defense techniques, evasive maneuvers, all while working on balance, strengthening and cardiovascular systems. Also, learning different strikes (ie Jabs, Cross, Uppercut) and combinations, blocks and slip movements. This class will ensure that it will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and, healthy to tackle the challenges of everyday life!

Our Classes are a fun and engaging take on full-body circuit exercises to really get the blood pumping! For 45 minutes we will be performing a variety of cardio and core exercises for optimal fat burn! Improve balance, stamina, body awareness and core strength!
Fall Yoga with Leanne!

Cost: $90 for 6 Weeks or $18 Drop-In
This is a 6 Week all levels class for those who have little to no experience with yoga, or for those looking to enhance their practice. Classes are designed to work with students’ individual needs and comfort level. Leanne brings with her teaching a passion for yoga, meditation and years of personal practice.
INTRO TO MINDFUL MEDITATION MONTHLY CLASS
Join Master Guides as they integrate psychology, philosophy, spirituality, body awareness and personal experience with well-researched mindfulness and meditation practices. This hour class will assist you in beginning your journey toward greater health, balance and personal growth.
