Cardio Kickboxing Class 101

Release your energy in a fun, safe and interactive environment. You will learn basic striking patterns, self-defense techniques, evasive maneuvers, all while working on balance, strengthening and cardiovascular systems. Also, learning different strikes (ie Jabs, Cross, Uppercut) and combinations, blocks and slip movements. This class will ensure that it will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and, healthy to tackle the challenges of everyday life!

(Bring your own wraps. Optional purchase of boxing gloves)


InsideOut Studio Classes




Bootcamp

(Mondays 6pm-7pm, Saturdays 12pm-1pm)

 

This total body resistance and strength training workout with a mix of cardio. A fun, full-body and cardio workout. Fits every fitness level including beginners. Featuring calisthenics using your body weight. Tone and shape your body. Cardio Intervals. Build strength and endurance. Improve your energy and vitality. Empower yourself and have fun!


InsideOut Studio Classes




Yoga Flow

(Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm)

 

In this class, students will flow through a series of postures to awaken the body and refresh the mind, by pairing movements with the breath. The focus of the class is on cultivating a balance of strength and ease. This is an all-levels class, suitable for beginners, with more challenging variations offered. During the 8-week session, students will: develop a greater awareness of their breath and understand the power of breath awareness. Support healthy and happy muscles, joints, and tissues by moving the body through full ranges of motion. Increase strength and flexibility in body and mind.

INTRO TO MINDFUL MEDITATION FROM INSIDE OUT MONTHLY CLASS

Join Master Guides as they integrate psychology, philosophy, spirituality, body awareness and personal experience with well-researched mindfulness and meditation practices. This special 90-minute class will assist you in beginning your journey toward greater health, balance and personal growth.
