Cardio Kickboxing Class 101

Sundays 10:30 am

Get fit and feel empowered! Release your energy in a fun, safe and interactive environment. You will learn basic striking patterns, self-defense techniques, agility, all while working on balance, strength and cardiovascular systems. Also, learning different strikes. This class will ensure that it will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and, healthy to tackle the challenges of everyday life! High-intensity 45-minute class. (Bring your own wraps. Optional purchase of boxing gloves)

This total body resistance and strength training workout with a mix of cardio. A fun, full-body cardio workout. For every fitness level including beginners. Featuring calisthenics using your body weight. You will tone and shape your body. Build strength and endurance. Improve your energy and vitality!

Yoga Flow

Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm

In this class, students will flow through a series of postures to awaken the body and refresh the mind, by pairing movements with the breath. The focus of the class is on cultivating a balance of strength and ease. This is an all-levels class, suitable for beginners, with more challenging variations offered. During the 8-week session, students will: develop a greater awareness of their breath and understand the power of breath awareness.

MINDFUL MEDITATION – MONTHLY COMMUNITY CLASS

This is an interactive ‘pay-what-you-can’ class suitable for beginners to anyone with years of experience! Join Master Guides as they integrate psychology, philosophy, spirituality, body awareness and personal experience with well-researched mindfulness and meditation practices. Learn coping strategies for anxiety and take back your personal power. Special 90-minute class that will assist you in beginning your journey toward greater mental health, inner harmony, personal mastery and growth. Classes take place on first Monday each month. BEGIN2RUN SUNDAYS! (FALL 2018)

Come out for Begin2Run fun and meet like-minded individuals! Think nature trails, trees and the fresh air! Begin2Run is a group of us that meets at InsideOut Studio Sundays @ 9am.

Grab a friend and come on over and join in! This running group is geared to beginners and travels approx 5km. All levels are welcome and no one is left behind. Run or Walk/Run.
