Meet The Team
InsideOut Health + Fitness was established in April 2005 to make a difference for all kinds of individuals to achieve optimal health, fitness, lifestyle and performance goals. Combining the proven success of Barry Samuel’s (Founder) methodology and our dynamic team of coaches and personal trainers, InsideOut Health + Fitness offers an experience unlike any other fitness facility in Toronto. We do not follow pre-packaged workout regimens. Instead, we take the time to listen and find out exactly what you would like to accomplish. Then we build a plan around those goals in order to give you the most effective fitness training sessions possible. If you are interested in a free consultation/training session, click here.
