Caring for ourselves throughout the cycles and seasons of life is necessary for us to feel free and joyful. With the warm summer coming to a close, some of us tend to look ahead to the chill of the coming winter, the busy (and often stressful) holiday season and the New Year with a bit of apprehension. At this time of year, many of us find ourselves struggling physically, emotionally, mentally and financially but we don’t seem to be able to find a way to break the cycle, year after year. Autumn is a time when our environment starts to shift into ‘sleeping mode’ which is why it’s a perfect time to slow down and reflect on the past year. Our REFLECT, REGENERATE & RENEW retreat offers an opportunity to do this in a calming environment, with like-minded people while developing new and healthy ways to regenerate so that we meet the winter season with a renewed sense of awareness, purpose and direction.


Join Tracy B Richards and Barry H Samuel and guest facilitators as they guide you through a cleansing and refreshing weekend of connection, inspiration, movement, awareness and insight. Our Reflect, Regenerate & Renew retreat will help you develop the mindfulness tool box for the winter season, the season of inner reflection.


New Year’s resolutions are often ineffective because the steps are not taken slowly, gradually or planned out ahead of time. The whirl of the holiday season alone can leave us feeling rundown and more susceptible to illness while also a bit off-balance as we try to juggle the sudden, increased demands of work, family and financial commitments. By discovering your life and wellness priorities and developing useful inner tools to prepare your body and mind for the New Year, you will help yourself stay on track with healthy and realistic resolutions which are based on an awareness of your values and purpose, helping you to stay in control of how you feel.
During your stay, our themed programming will draw from both the personal and professional experience of Barry & Tracy. Barry has and extensive background in Health, Fitness & Mindful Living while Tracy’s brings her passion and expertise in Relationships, Authenticity, Courage & Faith (Tracy is certified to facilitate the professional workshops of Dr. Brene Brown and will include much of these teachings in the retreat program) In addition, the retreat will offer Ayurvedic cleansing techniques which will be infused into our daily activities which include Gentle, Restorative Movement; Sweat; Nature Walks and 5 Sense Cleansing.
In addition to our wellness activities, delicious meals and enriching, themed programming, you will have plenty of freetime. We encourage you to explore the grounds, be curious and create personal connections with the other participants.

One-Day Rate: $199 pp +HST for Saturday (9:00 am to 11:00 pm; Includes 3 meals and all activities; No overnight accommodation.)
