Maddy is a personal trainer and group instructor at InsideOut! With her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification alongside holding an Honours degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, Maddy blends physical training with a deep understanding of mindset, motivation, and behaviour. Her approach focuses on building strength from the inside out; through intentional movement, mental resilience, and body awareness.
With over a decade of competitive dance experience and six years of elite hockey with the Toronto Leaside Wildcats, Maddy brings high-performance insight into every session. She’s here to help clients build strength, improve body composition, increase stability and mobility, and most importantly, feel confident in their bodies.
Maddy creates personalized programs tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle, with a focus on long-term progress and lasting habits. Whether you're just starting out or leveling up your training, she’ll meet you where you are and help you move with purpose.
