We are opening this event to our community in the name of personal well-being. A portion of proceeds will go to combat chronic anxiety and depression. *Please share and invite friends and family to attend this community event. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about mindful meditation and regain mental and physical health. Also, to learn tools you can apply for personal well-being.
InsideOut will be offering a Community Mindfulness night for local families and individuals supporting mental health, and, CAMH. This event is specially tailored for those people of all ages who struggle with coping with anxiety, pressure of high expectation, difficulty with focusing.

Join Master Guides as they integrate psychology, philosophy, spirituality, body awareness and personal experience with well-researched mindfulness and meditation practices. This hour class will assist you in beginning your journey toward greater health, balance and personal growth.
We will be reviewing Mindfulness components (Self/Breath awareness, Being in the moment, Reducing anxiety, calming the mind, and, body scan). We will facilitate experiential meditation followed by a conclusion and opportunity to share. Come out and learn about the many benefits of meditation and how it can help improve your physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.
*You may choose to bring your own mat/pillow to optimize comfort.
