SELF DEFENCE
InsideOut’s Monthly Self Defence class helps you become empowered to deal with potential threats, physical environments, encountering strangers, and people we know, in the context of potential assault or abuse.
In addition:
It gives you more positive feelings about your body.
It improves self confidence.
Helps you to be strong and feel strong.
We emphasize fun and skill development, while teaching foundational life skills so that you can be fully equipped to respond and adapt to a multitude of situations.
