Dancing is an excellent way to exercise, burn calories, and lose weight. Aside from weight loss, dancing increases muscle strength and stamina. It improves flexibility, balance, blood flow, and sleep. Dance can also reduce stress, depression, and the risk of certain chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease.

This beginner ‘Moves and Grooves’ dance class is an entry-level class with a focus on teaching fundamental dance moves and building confidence in beginner-level dancers. Each class will contain a warmup that blends cardio and stretching, followed by a new dance combination that is high in energy and fun!

From basic steps to popular dance moves, this class is tailored to make learning enjoyable and accessible for all. Get ready to unleash your inner dancer in a fun and inclusive environment!
