Join us for this very special Monthly Pay-What-You-Can class and feel transported to a calmer, gentler place of renewal as part of our weekly in-person or online class. Delight in this guided inward journey will engender you to think more clearly and set an intention for purer habits and values. Learn to ‘Be In The Moment’ - feel serenity, a sense of wholeness and be more at ease with self-mastery. Engage your senses one-at-a-time in order to "pay attention" to only these human, visceral senses: sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.
