InsideOut provides Hatha Yoga small group classes to help you increase your breath awareness and flexibility while reducing body tension, pain and anxiety. Other benefits: boost your mood while improving sleep. This class is recommended for those who are beginner or new to yoga.

Hatha Yoga is an old system that includes the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper practice.

Note: For sanitary purposes we suggest you bring your own mat. Or, for your convenience, floor mat rentals are available for $5.
